9. Club Bylaws (クラブ会則)

Article 1 (Name and Purpose)
The name of this club shall be "Re:CODE" (hereinafter referred to as "the Club"). The purpose of the Club is to provide a private, high-quality environment for executives and medical professionals to optimize their mental performance ("Mental Optimization") and to facilitate secure information sharing among members.

Article 2 (Membership Eligibility)
Membership is limited to individuals who are business owners, executives, or medical professionals, and who have been approved by the Club following a prescribed screening process. The Club reserves the absolute right to grant or deny membership.

10. Detailed Regulations (細則)

1. Fees and Dues
Members shall pay an initiation fee and annual membership dues as determined by the Club. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.
